I am a builder and log home construction consultant with twenty years plus experience,I specialize in 'dry-in' and 'weather tight' construction of log and timber frame homes. Patriot Log homes has experience in built up roof and other exotic systems. I also provide the services of staining. I do offer turn key packages, as well. I travel to most states.

My most recent home I built was in North Dakota, before that North Carolina, I started the year off in Illinois. I build where I'm needed. In addition, I work with any log home company that you have chosen. Contracts are handled between the homeowner or the general contractor and myself. Provide a print and a delivery date and I can provide a quote. A nominal down payment is required at the time of signing,(to lock down a tentative show up date) a four to five part draw system, duty list and my arrival date are included.(within one to two days of delivery date) Referrals are available upon request. In 2007 I was personally invited to build on Extreme Makeover-Home Edition in Maine, and my work has been featured in 2002 Log Home Illustrated ( The Jack Deraway Home).
